Gravity Separator
UTILIZATION
Flourish Engineering & Solutions presents the Gravity Separator, designed for precise separation and grading of bulk materials based on density. It is widely used for processing wheat, barley, oats, rye, lentils, soybeans, peanuts, corn, sesame, peas, beans, and similar grains & pulses.
OPERATION
The Gravity Separator uses a vibrating deck combined with controlled airflow to separate material by weight. Air is evenly distributed through a volume-adjustable air fan, allowing accurate control of deck airflow and separation efficiency. Material movement and separation are regulated through adjustable deck settings.
